Supporting LGBTQ+ Villagers and Volunteers: Terminology 101

WAVE invites villages interested in learning about how to support LGBTQ+ villagers and volunteers to this informative session, presented by Capitol Hill Village and Bethesda Metro Area Village. During this hour and a half, we will explore LGBTQ+ terminology, pronouns, actions your village can take, and answer questions. CHV has specific programming and advocacy focused on the LGBTQ+ community; Capitol Hill Village's Sophia Ross helps lead the Village to Village Network monthly Rainbow Network meetings on LGBT inclusion.
