This presentation will give a deeper understanding of conflict resolution in daily life and how we tend to approach conflicts in our relationships, especially as we age. This presentation will also provide a general understanding of CRCMC, what they do and how they can be a great resource for anyone. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.
About Eral:
Eral Diaz is the outreach coordinator at The Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County. He currently assists and manages all marketing operations for CRCMC including event planning and attending, social media management and creation, web series production, and community workshops and presentations. He is a certified mediator and conflict coach. He used to assist with mediation operations and in-school conflict resolution programs.
