We all know that exercise is good for us, but what exactly are we supposed to do? In this one-hour interactive session, you&#39;ll learn about the latest scientific evidence on the optimal exercise prescription to preserve cognition and improve strength and function. Then, you&#39;ll have the opportunity to see some of the best exercises you can do to promote healthy aging. We&#39;ll conclude the session with an opportunity to ask your questions to the presenter and participate in a robust discussion.
