We all know that exercise is good for us, but what exactly are we supposed to do? In this one-hour interactive session, you'll learn about the latest scientific evidence on the optimal exercise prescription to preserve cognition and improve strength and function. Then, you'll have the opportunity to see some of the best exercises you can do to promote healthy aging. We'll conclude the session with an opportunity to ask your questions to the presenter and participate in a robust discussion.
