Village to Village Network Announces Grant Program: Empowering Villages to Increase Vaccination Rates through Community Engagement and Education
VtVN is excited to announce our request for proposals from Villages interested in holding events to increase vaccination among older adults and people living with disabilities. Links to the RFP, application form, and worksheet are included below.
Awards to Villages can be up to $2000, and events can range from hosting a vaccination clinic to partnering with a church in your community to hold a lunch and learn.
VtVN will host two informational webinars on July 13th and 20th at noon ET, and will provide technical assistance and ongoing support to awardees throughout the process. Registration for the webinar is not required and the link for both webinars is:
