Bookkeeping 101 for Villages

This is the perfect introduction to village accounting for new and developing villages! No prior financial experience is necessary. In this session, accountant Julie Hamre will cover the basics of nonprofit financial documents. You’ll learn how to understand a balance sheet, best accounting practices, effective ways to track grant income and expenses and what you need to know about the Form 990. There will be time for Q&A.
